Performance 2: World Building - Term 3 2026 - Monday
Congratulations, your stand alone scenes are refined! Now it's time to learn how to connect scenes meaningfully in a shared world and cohesive piece of theatre.
You'll learn how to create satisfying characters and gratifying arcs and many of the tools that allow us to expand a single suggestion into 30 minutes of material.
Once we have first beats down, we'll work on ways to bring themes, games and characters back in our second and third beats.

Instructor Profile
Matt Jenner
Matt Jenner started training with The Improv Conspiracy in 2014. He currently performs most Thursdays with his Harold team Surrogate Mouth, and many Saturdays in the cast of The Remix. Matt is a graduate of the iO Theatre's summer intensive program in Chicago.
